Error page when bringing punchout cart back to iProcurement
Has anyone experienced intermittent issues when bringing the shopping cart from a punchout back to iProcurement and it clears the cart?
We have some users, since we updated to R12 last August, who get this error page constantly and others who rarely get it.
They will wait a few hours or a few days and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. They are unable to place their orders due to this issue.
Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and knows what the problem/fix is?
