Load ATP Summary Based on Collected Data running from 24 Hrs

Hi,

Yesterday concurrent request "Load ATP Summary Based on Collected Data" got error and now it is running from 20 Hrs. We cannot enter any sales order it is total stop.

If you know any cause/solution please help. I havent founf any solution.
