What's the Member Limit for WebCenter Portal 'Send Mail to Members'?

Hello, 

In WebCenter Portal (11.1.1.8), when I click the 'Send Mail to Members' menu item from the 'Contact' menu drop down list, an outlook window is popup. In the outlook window, the 'To...' field has no member email address filled in. I have 61 members in this Portal.

In the outlook window, I see the following warning message:

!Warning:
There are too many recipients specified. You must manually enter the email addresses for the people you wish to notify.

I know when I only have several members in a WebCenter Portal, I am able to get the members' email addresses automatically populated in Outlook 'To....' field. So I have two questions regarding the above warning message and the issue:
