Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL period report data issues

Hi

We are having issues with the data shown as output in the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL period report report in various OU's.

We also had problems as the data was not available to pursue a SR as instance get refreshed twice a month.

How can we generate data to show as an exception on this report. This has to be an invoice from AP.

I have tried creating a invoice in AP with the project number but it does not show up on this report
