Enterprise Capture Conversion Processor Error

For a UK customer we are upgrading ODC 10G from Windows 2008 to EC 11G on OEL. On Capture 10G we configured the import server to import and convert files with the XLS, PDF and DOC file type to multipage TIF using OutsideIn technology. Using the Conversion Processor from Capture 11G we have several exception messages (see below) and the files from the attachment cannot be converted to TIF anymore (which worked fine in 10G). Following patches have already been applied but do not fix the issue:

Patch 18188143: OUTSIDE IN 8.4.0.122 OPATCH FOR PS5, PS6, AND/OR PS7 

Patch 17951545: CUMULATIVE CAPTURE PATCH 11.1
