R12.1.3.GL-Journals deleted from a Reversed Batch are showing at the "Reverse Journals" Form

Why are the Journals deleted from a Reversed Batch are showing at the "Reverse Journals" Form?

Some information:

In 11i , we never imported anything from FA to GL.  We had R12 Upgrade done in November,2013.  calculated Depreciation numbers based on the forecast and they do a final adjustment for the difference at the end of the year in GL.  So they reverse the whole Batch imported from FA. Then within this Reversed Batch, they delete the Reverse Journals for all other Categories and only leave the one for the Depreciation.  However, those deleted "Reversed FA Journals" are showing up at the "Reverse Journals" Form and do not go away.
