Wrapper program for material label

Hi SMEs

We have 11i instance and implemented WMS. We are printing material label while receiving. we want to add two more custom label format fields such as License plate number and receipt line DFF attribute1. How can we achieve this? Can we use label wrapper program on the top of inventory material label? Could any one have experience on this of customization? if yes please share the knowledge or code would be greatly appreciated.
