Scheduler Jobs Fail to execute remote jobs with UTF-8 Charachter Set

Hi

     WE have oracle scheduler for executing remote jobs. Script works well if executed from remote machine , but from Scheduler Database when remote job is triggered UTF-8 charachters are not picked up properly and script fails. Any suggestion.
