GE Telematics Integration with Field Service - Dispatch Center

Hi,

GE Fleet Tracking(Telematics) which gives the vehicle location(Longitude and latitude). Can this be integarted with Field Service Dispact center? Does Oracle support any API to integarte GE Telematics?
