How to integrate SalesForceDotCom (SFDC) with JD Edwards?`

I seek information on cloud based integration of SFDC with JD Edwards using SAAS. What are the limitations and challenges? Is Oracle Fusion middleware provides any alternate advantages/limitations in comparison to SAAS.
