Issues with data on R40910 – Commitment Integrity Report

Hi, we are facing some issues in comprehending information on R40910 – Commitment Integrity Report. Please see doc attached.

Wondering if it could be because of (E1: 43: Commitment / Encumbrance FAQ (P4310 / R40910 / P40230A / F4311 / F43199 / F0902) (Doc ID 625641.1)):

Question 7 - Why does R40910 shows commitment Integrity for purchase orders with subledger Type W, even though the data in F4311, F43199 and F0902 appears to be correct?

Answer 7 - Since W type Subledgers are based on Work Orders, Processing Option #3 on the R40910 Process tab should be populated with '1'.

Question 3- Why are there still integrity problems after Purge/Rebuild/Repost?
