Cursor Does Not Set Focus In Receipts Form

Hi,

Cursor Does Not Set Focus In Receipts Form when enter 2nd record on receipt form with close it.

or open receipt form from receipt summary form.

Mouse cursor doesn't focus on field we have to user tab button on keyboard.

This issue occurs after upgrading the application from 11i to R12.1.3. and now we are on latest patch set.

Form version is as follow:
