How to determine no of CPU's, RAM and JVM's for R12.1.3 instance

Experts,

Just to provide a background, we have X2-2 eighth RACK ExaL machine for production - 4 Compute Nodes and X2-2 Qtr RACK ExaLogic machine - 8 Compute Nodes, for Dev/SIT and QA.

Along with EBS R12.1.3, we have other products like IDM and OBIEE which will be deployed on these machines.

To mention, DB Tier will be configured on ExaData machines which are one Qtr RACK for Production and one Half RACK for Dev/SIT and QA.

The plan is to have  a 2-Node Apps Tier in the case of Dev and SIT and 3-Node Apps Tier in the case of QA and Production.
