Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report -xml output

hello

We have been using EBS 12.1.1 . Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report gives output in xml  format , Output file is also not being saved, and the following message comes  at end of the report

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet.
Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try
again later.

complete this operation.
