Error in request group All Reports for Payables

Hi, Gurus

Please help us in this issue

1 - We have Payables responsibility with request group All Reports.

2 - when we open the requests in our Production server we surprised that all the requests are 60 as screen shot attached.

3 - when we open the requests in our Test server we found that all the requests are 203 as screen shot attached.
