Refreshing the browser says server you are trying to access is experiencing difficutlies

Hello ,

We have deployed 8.1.1.9 open UI on our application. Whenever we refresh the browser, normal behaviour is it will reload the application. But in our case, whenever we refresh the browser, server busy error is displayed.

Here is the description of issue to reproduce

1. Login - open UI URL

2. You will get landed on Homepage for the application -> refresh -> application refreshed properly

3. Go to any other screen -> refresh (F5) -> server busy error is displayed

Please note we have created one more open UI pointing to different application name and above behaviour is not observed -> The page gets refreshed properly on all screen.
