Hi all,

my customer is starting to use proactive feature in MOS but is not working correctly.

For uploading the explorer file he's using OSFT.

Once he try to check the proactive analysis is only able to see and access 1 CSI ,that is not the one that contain the S/N for which he runs the explorer ,even if he's correctly registered to all active CSI.

What i can check for troubleshoots the issue?
