IB transaction error

Hi All,

I could see one error in IB transaction error table with transaction type-Inter org direct transact or Subinventory transfer

Error:

The source item instance 2179137, in Subinventory ZFS-TORDEF, for Organization 2333 in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful. (ITEM=2179137)

Item is serialized at receipt in Shipping org and receiving org.

Please let me know reason for this error.
