Assign Freight Cost on Shipping

Hello,

I am assigning Freight Cost from Shipping Transaction From using Actions LOV, freight cost is assigned successfully but it is not showing on Invoice From. how it will come on Invoice, even Freight Modifier and Order Currency is Same.
