Contact email address hyperlink not opening up Outlook

We are facing issues when Contact email address hyperlink is clicked do not open outlook. I have checked tools configuration 'Email' field in the list applet  has HTML type 'Mailto'. The same set up is working in UAT correctly. However, only difference with live server is that the server is configured on DMZ configuration.

Are there any suggestions and thoughts on this issue.
