Need to add Cover page in the Oracle Contract Terms Template

Dear Gurus,

I am working in "Oracle Contract Terms Template" (XSL-FO). My requirement is to add cover page where Buyer and Seller information must appear on that page.

This cover page must appear before the Contract Terms and Conditions page start on the PDF output.

Please help me in this requirement. Thank you on advance.
