Detailed Requirements Planning / Capacity Planning / Constraint-Based Scheduling

I am in need of an explanation regarding what "detailed requirements planning" is and what it consists of.  Is "detailed requirements planning" a separate topic area from capacity planning and constraint-based planning?

An additional question that I have is:

Considering the following 3 versions of MRP Scheduling modules, which would represent the best choice with regard to making jobs relational?

Manufacturing Scheduling module

Rapid Planning module

Production Scheduling module

Provided there is a module of choice, could someone explain why?

With regard to being relational, here is an example:

The approach is to create a Master Schedule containing 3 Jobs in hopes that once Job 1 is underway Job 2 and Job 3 would start relationally if a job is on time, early, or late.

Howdy, Stranger!
