SGA settings

Hi All,

Greetings and hope everyone is doing great.

Studying this doc id Database Initialization Parameters for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 396009.1)

In that the section " Section 9: Database Initialization Parameter Sizing "  how are those sga parameters calculated for those active users.

For eg: for active users between 1001-2000 the sga mentioned is 14g and total memory needed is 34g. Couldnt understand these calculations as have seen database with 300 active users has the sga of 200gb.

How are we going to size the SGA based on active users?
