Import exp file from Oracle db 7.1.3.4.2 to Oracle db11g

Hello,

I have a questoion how to perform this import of the data file from our oracle db 7.1.3.4.2 that runs on HP3000 release C.55.0 with operating system MPE/iX HP31900 C.05.08 machine

to windows 2000 oracle11g.

We already have export file, and need to perform import, but that wouldn't work with Oracle 11g, there should be some intermideate upgrades?

Is there any documentaion about hardware/software/steps?

Please also share with me your knowledge about all or any steps that I need to do.

All advices greatly appreciated.
