Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Will American Express Transaction Loader and Validation Program inactivate lost / stolen cards?

Hi,

On 12.1.3

Using American Express Transaction Loader and Validation Program. We have this setup to automatically match and activate card for the user.

If a user loses or has their card stolen, then AMEX will cancel the card, issue a new card and transfer any valid transactions to the new card.

In the file sent to R12 we just see the new card created and assigned.

And in iExpense the user sees both cards.

Question: is this additional data that we need to ask AMEX to send and it should just flow automatically?

Kinda surprised I have not seen a thread about this already.....
