Multiple Errors in Oracle Retail Predictive Solutions v12.0.3 after migrating to Windows 7

Hi All,

We are facing the following errors after migrating our systems from Windows XP to Windows 7.

Could you please help me with these?

1) Default domain while logging into RPAS.

We have 2 domains. MFP_Prod (Production) and MFP_Pre(Pre production). Whenever we are logging into MFP it is always defaulting to MFP_Pre though we use MFP_Prod more frequently. Any idea on how to default it to MFP_Prod always.

2) Drop down boxes no longer allow us to select the options.

Drop down boxes doesn't stay stable to select a particular value. When we click on drop down box, drop down box appears and immediately shrinks to the single value showing the first value. It doesn't let us select the desired value.
