Autoconfig failing on second node in a 11.2.0.3 RAC database

The following is the extract from the log (Removed the host & port info)

We are on 11.2.0.3 RAC.  Tried to run Autoconfig on the second node in database server. It failed. It is working fine in First node.

The following is the extract of the autoconfig log
