Paragraph defined in OPM Sysadmin are not visible in Recipe

Hi,

I have defined multiple Paragraph code,  Sub paragraph and Description in  'Paragraphs' window.   Table Name: GMD_RECIPE_ROUTING_STEPS  in OPM Sysadmin

Navigate to Recipe window > Step quantity tab

Click 'Edit Tex'.

I find only the 'General Text'.  Whatever I typed in paragraph screen doesn't show up in Recipe.  I also tested in Formula tables. I am not able to see the paragraph in in Formula screen.

We are currently in 12.1.3 version.   Whether I am missing anything.  Appreciate you help.
