Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. When exporting reports from HFM to excel user is prompt with authentication pop up.

Hi

When exporting reports from HFM to excel user is prompt with authentication pop up.

User has to enter password 3 times ro be able to export.

Only happens when exporting to excel only

please update the solutuin or else provide me the some steps
