To populate smart form information from PR to PO

HI Every body,

I have created one smart form for non-catalog requisition in I-procurement.i have added the new fields and assigned to smart form.user has created the requisition through smart forms .

now requisition is approved Now challenge is can we populate the smart form additional field information from PR to PO?

is there any feasibility to populate?
