Invoice validation erroring with " rwrun: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2" after 64

Hi,

After migrating EBS R12.1.3 from 32bit to 64bit RHEL, Invoice Validation program is erroring with following message.

    /apps/ts3cfn/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/rwrun: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    Program exited with status 127
    Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 34957306.

Issue is happening for only one program,other reports are working fine.

Already verified that the required rpms are installed. Action plan from following docs have been already tested, but did not fix the issue

After EBS Fresh Install accessing any Forms Responsibility fails with error "FRM-92101: Forms Server" (
