Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set Issue

We are upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set, and encountered the issue - "There are no patches that needs to be applied from the patchset Oracle Application Server Patchset 10.1.3.5.0"
