Error when associating a parent on Account Hierarchy

Hi Guys,

This si the error when I tried to assocaite a parent

Invalid Hierarchy Structure - Circular Loop Detected.(SBL-APS-00120)

I checked the logs and it says

SQLParseAndExecute Execute 5 0 2014-03-26 02:44:03 OCIStmtExecute: DML error or affected 0 rows

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0 2014-03-26 02:44:03 (oracon.cpp (3077)) SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

SQLParseAndExecute Execute 5 0 2014-03-26 02:44:03 ORA-01654: unable to extend index SIEBEL.S_DYNHR_RPT_REL_F1 by 2 in tablespace SEBL_SML01_INDX
