Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to test F9 email integration with Outlook 2010 . How can I setup the Outlook form for Siebel Open UI.

Do I need to follow this document : How to Integrate Outlook 2007 / 2010 for F9 Usage (Doc ID 1409093.1) ?
