Timed out Exception in BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1

Hi Team,

We are using BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 and using sql query as a data feed.We are facing an issue with a report which is having 40 columns and should display all the SKU's (approx. 25000 sku's) even if the sales happened or not.We tried to execute the query in sql developer the time cost is around 18 minutes,but when we tried to view it in the report in any of the format,we doesn't have any response from the BIP server. Guys,please advice how can we make the report available for the users.And FYI, the report template is a simple RTF with
