Has anyone used backorder release when receiving PO's through Transportation (P49645 calls P4312)

To receive purchase orders we are calling P4312 from P49645 (Transportation Ship confirm).  This version of P4312 is setup to display the backorder release form (P42117) when an item is received that is currently on backorder.   The backorder release form does not display when calling P4312 from P49645, however, when it (P4312) is run in stand alone the backorder release form is displayed.  Also, when calling P4312 from P49645 work center shows an error (attached) "The record to be fetched from table F00095 does not exist or you do not have authority to fetch records from this table." This error is not in the work center when ran in stand alone mode.  I'm not sure if this error is related to my issue and I'm able to duplicate the error in multiple environments.
