Product Eligibility is not working!!

So, I'm  trying to use product eligibility in my project. I already tested this feature in the Siebel Vanilla and is working fine, but it seems that is not working in the Siebel I'm using in my project. The views and applets that me and my colleagues are using are copies of the sales orders views and applets.
