is this fine to change the owner of ocr file in rac cluster to root from oracle

Hello,

is this fine to change the owner of a rac cluster to root?Instead of grid user we use root for RAC installation and all other actiivities which are owned by gridI see that in production the ocr file's owner is root which is fine however in qa and development the owner is oracle and because of this we are unable to install oem 12c agent on these servers.

I need to change the ocr file owner to root.Is this right to do this can it impact the running cluster in any way?
