Incorrect Order Date in Purchase Order and sales Order Application

Hi,

We are on JDE version 8.12 . We have recently change server location to Baku (Azarbaizan). with this change users in Melbourne,Australia are getting incorrect Order date in Purchase Order/Sales Order.

For eg. we have created order on 25th March 2014  and the date shown in PO is 24th March 2014.

I need help on understanding the route cause of the issue and probable solution for the same.

Please refer attached excel sheet for the eg. time setting in BAku v/s Melbourne (Sheet 1) and the screen shot for the PO showing incorrect date.
