Hyperion 'SQL Server' Service Account Password Change

Hi,

We are reviewing an internal audit requirement to change the password of a shared service account being used in the configuration of various Hyperion products in our environment, i.e. Planning , HFM, FDM. There is a recommendation to change this password every 90 days.

The service account is a SQL Server native user ID/Password used to createrelational databases for FDM, Planning and HFM. The same user account/pwd was also used during the installation of the Hyperion environment for creating Hyperion relatedrelational databases. This SQL Server Native ID has 'sys admin' rights in SQL Server.

The question is:

1- Are there any recommendations regarding changing/not changing this password ?
