Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We use Oracle apps 12.1.3 + 11g DB.

We have some French customer whose addresses we can see well in Forms GUI, but when we query them up in Discoverer/TOAD/SQLPlus,

we get some strange characters. The DB is using US7ASCII character set.

Is this issie with client side settings or DB?
