Year End Workbench

Hi all,

Our payroll folks here are wondering if there is a way to "lock" the year end workbench so a year end ID cannot accidentally be changed, re-run, etc after the mag media file has been sent.  Also, is there any documentation explaining in detail the year end workbench other than the basic info in the year end documentation?  Thank you.
