How to remove the BPA icon displayed next to the transaction number on AR transaction form?

Hi,

Is there a way to remove the BPA icon that's displayed next to the transaction number on the transactions form in Receivables? Is this controlled by some profile option or menu/function? Also, can this be done specific to a responsibility?

The requirement is to not give the user the ability to click on the BPA icon/button on the transactions form.
