Granting User Access to HFM

Hello,

This is an EPM/HFM/FDM/FR environment, running 11.1.2.2 305.  We run into issues on occasion when we add users to HFM and they are able to access Workspace but when they try and access an application they receive a "Logged on user is not provisioned for this application" error.  We control access via MS AD groups applied to selected roles within the Shared Services Console, that way our business can control access into HFM.

If I grant the user the Application Administrator role they can log into Workspace and the application without issues.  Once I remove the Application Administrator role the error occurs again.  We're testing a theory of moving the user from one MS AD group into another and have the user test.  We're hoping their access will work and we can move them back into the MS AD group they belong to.
