Identity Verification Results - V4/V5

Will Oracle be delivering functionality for reporting Identity Verification Results (V4/V5 flags) to CPS?  I believe there is going to be capability to submit results to CPS through a flat file after April 2014, but wasn't sure if or how Oracle was going to handle this reporting.
