Automate Receiving POs from a file

Hi,

Has anyone created a custom CI to handle PO receipts.  We would like to process receipts from a file sent to us from a 3rd party.  I've have created the CI using the RECV_PO component and have created an app engine that can read data from my stage table.  I am getting errors, one in particular I can't figure out, "Conversion rate between Units of Measure EA and   not found (10300,108)".

Does anyone have any suggestions?
