Promote or Transfer Watchlists between Environments

I know how to create and share watchlists. What I'm wondering is what's the best way to transfer, or promote watchlists from a TEST environment to the PRODUCTION environment. At the moment, we are promoting the Advanced Query (User Override) using OMW and then we do a F952420 table copy between environments. Is this the only way, or is there a better way? I cannot find anything on Oracle Support about how promotions should occur for watchlists.
