Importing additional fields into OIE?

While there are many fields shown in the ap_credit_card_trxns_all table, only a few fields are actually uploaded into Oracle Internet Expense where the employess actually select the charges to expense them.  We would like to inlcude some of the fields within the table on the expense reports to better assist users in determining what a particular charge is for.  Is this possible?  I've played around in internet expense setup and adminstration and not seeing anything that will allow me to do this.  In particular, I'm looking to get air_passenger_name populated as we have people who book travel on behalf of
