Error in Debrief line and Refresh issue in Charges tab

Hi,

I have 2 issues with respect to Field Service.

1) Error in Debrief line

I get this error message after Debrief program completes.

"

Execution of procedure Transact_Material failed because the following unexpected errors occurred:

Cause: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL .

Action: Please contact your technical representative.

"

This happens only when there is a Material line in debrief.

2) Refresh issue in Charges

Once debrief is completed with Labor/Expense, I go back to SR and click the charges tab. I cannot see the charges generated there.

I had to do [ctrl] + f11 to see them reflected.

Can you help what is the reason for this?
