Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. ORA-08103 alert during GATHER_STATS_JOB

On our 10.2.0.4 instance we occasionally get the ORA-08103 alert and the trace file indicates:

ORA-08103 Object no longer exists

GATHER_STATS_JOB: GATHER_TABLE_STATS('"SCHEMA_NAME","TABLE_NAME"', " ' ' ")

The job does complete OK but just wondering how I can work out what the cause of this is and if it is anything to worry about ?
